With over 20 years experience in small business, real estate appraisal and sales, owning and running multiple vacation rentals and building e-commerce sites, Joe Godar brings the highest level of technology, coupled with a complete understanding of marketing to the Vacation Rental by Owner business. After running successful e-commerce sites and his own vacation rentals, Joe decided to bring a product to the market that was needed, an online booking solution for private owners. With everything going online and people wanting things fast, Joe saw the future of the private owners and has built a patent pending system, ivacationonline.com. Joe has a passion for real estate and running businesses online. So the jump to working full time in the Vacation Rental business was a natural choice.
