Timothy C. Flemming writes WOO'S from his personal experiences in maintaining a meaningful and fulfilling relationship with his "high school sweetheart"/wife for over 40 years and raising two daughters and molding a son and two sons-in-law. His career "life" includes over 25 years in the banking industry with a very high percentage of female employees. He understands the importance of the "little details" in personal and business relationships to be successful and will always be in control of those situations.
