The book is edited by Henry Njapau, Socates Trujillo and Douglas L Park (retired), food safety research scientists at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, College Park, Maryland; and Albert E. Pohland, Director, International Programs, AOAC INTERNATIONAL, Gaithersburg, Maryland. The editors have a combined more than 50 years experience in mycotoxins resaecrh and risk management. Chpaters in the book are authored by individuals who are experts in the specific topic areas.
