Sheldon Zedeck, PhD, is a professor of psychology and of the Graduate School at the University of California, Berkeley, and the 2 recipient of The Berkeley Citation for distinguished service to the campus. He is an industrial/organizational psychologist who has published articles on the topics of moderator variables, selection and validation, test fairness, high-stakes testing, statistical banding, performance appraisal, assessment centers, stress, and work and family issues.
