The phone rings, you answer it - On the other end is a bill collector attempting to collect a debt. You explain that you can't pay the account in full but can make partial payments starting on you're next payday. The collector insists that the payment must be made in full within 30 days or the company he works for may proceed with a lawsuit. You explain that you don't have the money right now but can make payments. The bill collector repeats himself that a lawsuit maybe filed if payment in full isn't received within 30 days. The conversation gets heated as your frustration level amps up and you begin to yell at the collector that you can't pay in full right now... the collector again responds with the same arrogant statement as before, and that's it - You blow up and then hang up... dinner with the family is ruined! 90 days later - you're served with a summons and complaint and suddenly realize the reality of the situation that you are now being sued...
