Patrick Baccellieri, Ed.D., brings over 20 years of experience as a K 12 classroom educator, university faculty member, non-profit manager, and school and district administrator to his role as Turnaround Instruction Officer for Chicago Public Schools. These experiences have enhanced his instructional leadership and administrative skills as evidenced by his proven success in working with multi-cultural populations, team-building, and effective communication. In this position, Patrick develops the school design and implementation strategies for the turnaround school, as well as supports, develops, coaches, and supervises principals in providing consultation and instructional leadership in the district's turnaround schools.
