Sinopsis
Life is busy, insanely busy. From demanding jobs and full schedules to family and home responsibilities, most of us power through each day trying to balance work and life. It outlines his experiences in being led to start Operation Finally Home (OFH), helping war-wounded soldiers and their families with a hand up and fresh start after returning from war. It includes two gripping first-person accounts of families struggling to transition from war to home, one from the perspective of an Army widow, and the other from a Special Forces soldier who nearly died in battle. Finally Home emphasises the importance of our individual talents, reminding us to consider the resources and skills God may be calling us to use to further His kingdom in a way that's only ours.

Acerca del autor
DAN WALLRATH was a custom homebuilder in Texas for thirty years. Following a request to remodel the home of a wounded Marine in 2005, Dan founded Operation Finally Home (OFH), a non-profit organization providing custom-built, mortgage free homes to military heroes and the widows of the fallen. Dan was named a CNN Hero in 2010 and was the guest of honor of Marine Corps Commandant General James F. Amos at the Marine Corps Sunset Parade hosted at the War Memorial in Washington, D.C. in 2013. Dan resides with his wife, Carol, in New Braunfels, Texas.
