Biografía del autor

Daniel (Bushdoc) Sullivan, M.D. has been a family physician, a bushdoctor in the outback of Australia, worked with the Indian Health Service and relieved family physicians in Ohio, Indiana, Missouri and Iowa on a temporary basis. He is a Navy veteran and now lives in St Louis, Missouri
