Gregory Allen has hired, trained, and supervised people at the management level of corporations for nearly two decades. Working for independent businesses to global fortune 500 corporations, he has seen careers ranging from mundane to dynamic, and has carefully researched the causations of each. He as an M.A. in Business Management, and has conducted numerous case studies of what influences careers to reside in their respective places on the mundane to dynamic continuum. He has found that rather than some detailed, analytical and intellectual root causes for the differences in career positions, the issues are really, in his words, just "Simple Stupid Stuff" - things that are quite simple in nature, but that are often overlooked. If a person wishes for his or her career and, thus, life, to be truly "dynamic," the applications of the principals in Gregory's book can create the truly dynamic career of which many people only dream.
