Keith Richards was formerly Director of the Language Studies Unit at Aston University and is now Senior Lecturer in the Centre for Language Education at Warwick University, UK. He specializes in the analysis of professional interaction and qualitative research methods. He is author of Qualitative Inquiry in TESOL, also published by Palgrave Macmillan. Paul Seedhouse is Postgraduate Research Co-ordinator and Director of the Integrated PhD in Educational and Applied Linguistics programme at the School of Education at the University of Newcastle, UK. He specializes in conversation analysis, applied linguistics and research methods. He is the author of The Interactional Architecture of the Language Classroom: A Conversational Analysis Perspective, published by Blackwell.
