Acerca del autor

NIKOS KOTZIAS is Senior Expert Counsel at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Greece. He was Head of the Greek Foreign Ministry Think Tank on negotiations for the new European Convention. He was previously a Senior Fellow at the Weatherhead Centre for International Affairs, Harvard University and a Visiting Professor at the University of Marburg. PETROS LIACOURAS is a Lecturer in International Law at the University of Piraeus, Greece.
