The proceedings include: an executive summary, an introduction, and summary reports and recommendations of four Working Groups: Standards, Codes, and Certification; Concept Evaluation and Design; Operation and Maintenance; and Logistics and Support. Also included are theme presentations on current practice in the United States, Great Britain, and Norway, and on current risk assessment methodologies.
