Machiavelli's The Prince is a renowned treatise on statecraft, offering a realistic and often ruthless examination of how to acquire and maintain political power. Luther's Ninety-Five Theses sparked the Protestant Reformation, challenging the authority of the Catholic Church and promoting the concept of salvation through faith alone.
