East Green'hush, Feb. 5, 1850. The Rev. Mr. Lord lectured to my people last Sabbath, morning and evening, on the subject of Romanism. The lectures were very interesting, and I think will prove to be beneficial in enlightening the minds of many. The congre gation were exceedingly pleased and gratified. I do not hesi tate in cordially recommending him to the churches generally.
