He continues to practise law at No. 42, Court Street, Boston. In 1869 he went to Europe with his wife for the benefit of her health. As it received no improvement by the change of climate, they returned to Boston, where she died in January, 1871.

He has lived in Boston the last three years, and continued in the banking business at No. 88, State Street. December 20, 1871, he was married at Winchester, Mass, to Georgianna, daughter of D. N. And Maria Skillings, and sister of our class mate.
