Gentlemen: The Committee to which was referred the communication of the Social Science Association of Philadelphia, in regard to the hygienic condition of the Public Schools of this city, respectfully report, that it has given the subject mat ter of the communication the fullest consideration, and used all the appliances at its command, to secure the information de sired by the society named.
