Sinopsis

Excerpt from The Chaplain, Vol. 9: March-April, 1952

We boasted that we were not imperialistic as Europe was. We thought that isolationism would please God. And so, when the world was wide open to anybody, the communists took it at an appal ling rate while we were minding our own business. But minding our own business never was Christ's command. His command was, Go into all the world with my gospel.

The champion corn grower of the United States had a difficult 'time earning his title. He reported that to grow better corn, he had developed a better seed. But pollen from the corn in neighbors' fields spoiled his first year's growth. The farmer then went into a huddle with his neighbors. He shared his seeds, his know-how, and the work. Then, and only then, did he realize his ambition to grow the grade of corn he wanted.
