Without adverting to Reforms'in Parliament; to the neceflity of improving the only mode of Mili tary Defence by which the Liberties of: this country can be fafely proteél ed; to the new fyllem of Commercial Regulations, which mull fooner or later be deviled; and indeed to a variety of other points, one lubjecl will require early and deliberate attention, namely, B what what lieps ought to be taken to fupport the Credit, and to improve the Finances.
