Above all else be sure to get the right person to supervise your school centers. They will be a community asset or a community calamity according as they are wisely or unwisely administered. In this work, limiting the expenditure for supervision instead of curtailing on equipment, is the worst kind of economy. Indeed, if a competent supervisor cannot be secured from the outset, it is preferable to delay the undertaking until such time as one can be had. - Lee F. Hanmer.
