Sinopsis

Excerpt from Nietzsche in Outline Aphorism

In I 889 he became seriously ill a period of severe hallucinatory delirium led on to complete dementia, and he died eleven years later, without recovering his normal consciousness.

His works may be said to have created a new movement in Europe. Of Polish descent, he used often to pride himself on having done for morality what Copernicus did for astronomy and Chopin for music. His ambition was to formulate the prob lem, not of this or that system of morality, but of morality itself.

Excerpt from Nietzsche in Outline Aphorism

Friedrich Nietzsche was born in 1844 at Rocken, near Lutzen in Saxony. While he was still a child his father died of the effects of an accident, and the family was taken to Naumburg on the Saale. As a boy, his sister tells us, he was very pious, and thought much about religious matters. He was also fond of music and poetry. In 1858 he was sent to school at Pforta, where in the following year he first heard the music of Wagner's Tristan und Isolde. In 1863 he left Pforta and was admitted as a student at Bonn. In the following year he went to Leipsic, where he read Schopenhauer for the first time.

Paperback. Condición: New. Print on Demand. This evocative book presents a collection of Nietzsche's thoughts and sayings, exploring a range of profound topics from philosophy to morality and art. The author delves into Nietzsche's revolutionary ideas, situating them within their historical and literary context. Nietzsche's core philosophy posits that the "Will to Power" is the driving force behind all human action, and his writings provide a radical critique of traditional morality and values. He argues for a reevaluation of all that is considered good and evil, urging individuals to embrace their own unique strengths and assert their power. The author also examines Nietzsche's complex views on art, highlighting its transformative potential to inspire and awaken the human spirit. Through lyrical aphorisms and thought-provoking insights, this book offers a rich exploration of Nietzsche's enduring impact on philosophy and modern thought. This book is a reproduction of an important historical work, digitally reconstructed using state-of-the-art technology to preserve the original format.
