Several years ago a series of editorials on this subject appeared in The Office Practitioner, at which time I was somewhat misunderstood by one or two esteemed contemporaries, and it was sug gested that possibly my views on the subject of advertising by physicians were not in full harmony with the teachings of the code of ethics.
