Parts III. And IV. Espe cially have been subjected to a careful revision, and many alterations and additions have been made with the design of embracing in the criticisms the more common and more objectionable errors of speech and pronunciation heard in American society. A table of contents has been added, which it is believed will very considerably enhance the value of the work.
