Times of Prayer.
Always. - Our Lord.
At all times. - The Psalmist.
Without ceasing. - St. Paul.
He kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks. - Daniel.
Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and He shall hear my voice.
Seven times a day do I praise Thee. - The Psalmist.
1. In the morning, a great while before day. - Our Lord.
2. The dawning of the morning. - The Psalmist.
3. The third hour of the day. - St. Peter.
4. About the sixth hour. - St. Peter.
5. At the hour of prayer, the ninth. - St. Peter and St. John.
6. At the eventide. - Isaac.
7. By night. Bless ye the Lord, all ye servants of the Lord, which by night stand in the house of the Lord.
At midnight I will rise to give thanks unto Thee. - The Psalmist.
Places Of Prayer.
