Health and nerve are two such necessary qualities in fox-hunting, and both are so easily lost, that it is unnecessary to do more than to remark that the sportsman, whilst he should not shrink from accept ance Of sporting risks, should never play tricks with his constitution. Loss of health means loss of nerve, and these gone, capacity for enjoy ment is gone, so far as hunting is concerned.
