Tim Dixon has more than thirty years experience as a teacher of Physical Education and a sports coach. He has an MSc in Sports Sciences, and a 5th Dan Blackbelt in Karate. Tim has condensed some of the good practice he has experienced into a practical and sometimes amusing guide. It is a substantial section of the whole project rather than a stand-alone book, and this is reflected in the relatively low cost of purchase.
