He has 30 years of experience and has authored numerous technical books, including Structural Load Determination: 2018 IBC and ASCE/SEI 7-16 and Reinforced Concrete Structures: Analysis and Design, Second Edition. He is a member of ASCE 7-22 Main Committee and an associate member of the ASCE 7-22 Wind Load Subcommittee.
