But the United Nation Organization (UNO) and the Organization of African Unity (O.A.U), lack funds to intervene in all conflicts all over the World and Africa inclusive. The new thinking of the developed world, who contribute substantially to the UN activities is to encourage sub-regional organizations particularly in Africa, to take responsibility for sub-regional security while they play a supportive role in the areas of training, logistics and in some cases finance.
