COMPARISON BY PREFIXING ADVERBS.. a) The following adverbs are used with the positive degree: bard BO (very) wcale (quite, very) nader (extremely, very) nadzwyczaj (unusually) wielce (greatly) troche, (a little, not much) nieco (somewhat) dosyc (enough) prawie (almost) niemal (nearly) byle (mere) lada! (the first the best) e. g. doáé dobry (good enough) nieco maly (somewhat small) wielce zuchwaly (greatly arrogant). 89. b) The following adverbs are used with the comparative degree: wiçcej, bardziej (more) mniej (less) e. g. wiçcej zuchwaly (more arrogant), mniej gadatliwy (less talkative), bardziej goracy (hotter). 90. c) The following adverbs are used with the superlative degree: najwiçcej, najbardziej (the most), najmniej (the least). 91.
