Space And Vision: An Attempt To Deduce All Our Knowledge Of Space From The Sense Of Sight - Tapa blanda

Sinopsis

""Space and Vision"" is a philosophical treatise written by W. H. S. Monck in which he attempts to deduce all human knowledge of space solely from the sense of sight. Monck believes that the sense of sight is the primary means by which humans understand space, and he explores this idea through a series of arguments and examples. He discusses topics such as the nature of space, the relationship between space and time, and the role of perception in our understanding of the world around us. Monck draws on the works of philosophers such as Immanuel Kant and John Locke to support his arguments, and he also engages with contemporary scientific theories of his time. ""Space and Vision"" is a thought-provoking exploration of the nature of space and perception, and it remains a significant work in the history of philosophy. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
