Acerca del autor

Ilan Kelman is a Reader in Risk, Resilience, and Global Health at University College London, England and a researcher at the University of Agder, Kristiansand, Norway. Jessica Mercer is a consultant with Secure Futures (www.secure-futures.net) focused on risk reduction for communities worldwide. Previously, she has worked with academia, United Nations agencies, government and non-governmental organisations in the areas of DRR including CCA for over 10 years.

JC Gaillard is Associate Professor at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. His work focuses on developing participatory tools for engaging minority groups in disaster risk reduction with an emphasis on ethnic and gender minorities, prisoners, and homeless people.
