Author Kevin McKague: Dr. Kevin McKague is a visiting professor at Cape Breton University, a postdoctoral research fellow at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, a senior research fellow at the Centre for Peace, Democracy and Development at the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and a senior research fellow at the Institute for Research and Innovation in Sustainability at York University, Toronto. Author Muhammad Siddiquee: Muhammad Siddiquee is the Coordinator of Agriculture and Value Chains under the Extreme Rural Poverty Program at CARE Bangladesh and is the Team Leader of the Strengthening the Dairy Value Chain Project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation in northwest Bangladesh.
