Tan cloth with white lettering and green and white artwork embossed on spine and front board, endpapers decorated in green and white with charming Garth Williams' illustrations, illustrated half-title, title and frontispiece, and on almost every page, 131 pp. Spine and edges of bindings rubbed and sunned, needle-like perforations on rear board, a few of which extent into the last couple of pages, small pen marks on a front and back page, front hinge weak.
