Sinopsis

""The Autobiography of the I or Ego: Or the Metaphysics of an Interloper and Impostor, Himself in the Role of Confessor"" is a philosophical and psychological work written by Charles Kirkland Wheeler in 1903. The book is an exploration of the concept of the self, or the ego, and its relationship to the world and to other people. Wheeler examines the idea of the ""interloper"" or ""impostor"" self, which he argues is a false construct that we create in order to navigate the complexities of social interaction. He delves into the nature of consciousness, the role of memory, and the relationship between the self and the body. Throughout the book, Wheeler draws on a range of philosophical and psychological theories, as well as his own personal experiences, to offer a thought-provoking and insightful analysis of the human condition. Ultimately, ""The Autobiography of the I or Ego"" is a meditation on the nature of identity and the search for meaning in a complex and ever-changing world. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
