Humphrey Gilbert-Carter (1884–1969) was the first academic director of the Cambridge University Botanic Garden from 1921 until 1950. In this book, first published in 1924, Gilbert-Carter gives examples of informative labels that could be used in botanic gardens 'so as to give information as well as pleasure to as many people as possible'. Acerca del autor
Charlotte y Peter Fiell son dos autoridades en historia, teoría y crítica del diseño y han escrito más de sesenta libros sobre la materia, muchos de los cuales se han convertido en éxitos de ventas.
