Tired of endless drivel about leadership and culture that changes nothing? You’re not alone. Despite vast armies of leadership coaches and culture change “experts”, for millions of us, work still feels like The Office — only less funny.
This is the story of what’s really going on at work and why mindless nonsense keeps us stuck. Forget leadership. Forget culture. Ready for a real change? It starts here.
