A new city. A deadly heist. A web of corruption that could destroy everything.
When DC Jake Tanner is transferred from London to Guildford, he quickly finds himself entangled in a botched robbery by The Crimsons, a notorious gang from his past.
As he races to save the shop owner’s life, Tanner uncovers a sinister conspiracy within Surrey Police. Caught between his duty and the temptation to ignore the truth, Tanner has to navigate a treacherous landscape of deceit and betrayal.
With each step, he risks not only his own safety but the integrity of the force he serves. In this explosive thriller by Jack Probyn, Tanner must decide whether to toe the line or risk it all to expose the corruption that threatens to destroy everything he holds dear.
Toe the Line is the first installment in the DC Jake Tanner Crime Thrillers series. This gripping tale of British organized crime is perfect for fans of dark, twisty crime thrillers in the vein of Line of Duty and James Patterson.
