Sinopsis

Do you know that your life experiences form the basis by which you provide counsel and direction to others?

Do you know as you interact and hold each other accountable your counsel and direction mirrors, reinforces, and strengthens what you have already learned?

Do you know that transformation takes place?

In The Mirror Principle, Lawrence Luby presents a simple, but unique, process that will propel you on a transformational journey toward greatness.

Counsel is always a two-way street; positive growth occurs as senior leaders begin pouring into the junior leaders.

  • Senior leaders mirror positive characteristics that lead to the success of the organization.
  • Senior leaders share their valuable experience as they mentor younger leaders.
  • Senior leaders share company principles while holding younger leaders accountable to learn the material through an interactive environment.

Through this process, change happens and there is a continual benefit.

  • Team members open up and share their thoughts, and new ideas emerge resulting in a culture of trust.
  • Leaders become stronger by reviewing what they have already learned gaining new insight from those they are teaching.
  • Lives are transformed, leading to greatness while the company prospers long-term.
