Mr. Stevens served in the U.S. Army, been a corporate training executive, and Personal Effectiveness coach, Fortune 500 trainer and success entrepreneur. Mr. Stevens has taught at the public, private, college and university levels. Working with dozens of multi-billion dollar direct selling companies, U.S. Department of Education, NASA, Stanford University, Nielson Media Research, Washington and New York State Departments of Education, Mercy Health Care, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, John Deere, Kansas City Royals Baseball Club Clay delivered hundreds of workshops, seminars and webinars to diversified groups of business owners, entrepreneurs, community leaders and students. Clay also holds four degrees in training, instructional technology and instructional innovation. Clay has written nine books on effective training methods and owns four patents for instructional methodologies and game development technologies. He has won national awards for multimedia training programs.
