Dr. Roy Harris’ leadership experience is unique, spanning 40 years and navigating the business, education, and Christian ministry worlds. Roy began leading at age 17 as night manager of a fast food restaurant. He is an experienced pastor, educator, event planner, author, retreat- conference- workshop speaker, and denominational leader. Roy led organizations and coordinated events involving up to 6,000 people with budgets exceeding $1,000,000. He served several organizations on the local, state, and national levels rising to upper level leadership positions in each one. Roy is in high demand as a conference, workshop, and retreat speaker. He has spoken in leadership roles in 38 American States, Europe, Israel, Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
