There are many resources available to help individuals find meaningful employment, yet none is as detailed as Stewards of Excellence. This comprehensive blueprint for success is for our Nation’s heroes transitioning from the military into the civilian workforce, individuals who want to learn more about the unparalleled management and leadership acumen military professionals bring to an organization, and those who want to develop similar traits.
The principles the author shares will help you develop the ideal career path, prime you for a successful job search, and prepare you for future management and leadership roles in the private sector. The book also equips you to navigate better the cumbersome landscape of the VA, TAPs, and other government agencies that provide little information, bog you down in red tape, and do little for your future success.
Offered to you is a duplicable framework for achievement, and are the exact strategies used by the author which allowed him to obtain a sizable salary increase with his first post-military job offer. Every chapter provides a wealth of information for newly separated job seekers, individuals reentering the workforce, and those professionals hoping to leverage their work experience for an increase in responsibility and compensation.
Following the author’s detailed methodology, you will discover a marketable skill set you did not know you possessed. In so doing, you will uncover the secret to having a smooth military transition, a higher paying civilian career, and a happy and successful life.
