    Steve Giddings is a music teacher in Prince Edward Island, Canada with a passion for including rock bands in schools to engage learners in music in an exciting way and to help modernize music education programs. His website, stevesmusicroom.com is dedicated to providing resources and professional development for music educators from Canada and around the world. He has published multiple articles on coaching rock bands, and creativity in the music classroom. He holds an M.Ed. in Curriculum Studies in Music Education from Acadia University and has had a part in developing music curriculum for Island teachers.
