Acerca del autor
RON S. NORTH started his career in 1979 as a building inspector, working nine years with the Capital Regional District. In 1988 he moved to the City of Victoria and was there 23 years as a building inspector, chief building inspector and manager of regulatory services. In 2011 he went to the City of Colwood as an inspector until 2018.
