Sinopsis

A Collection of 12 Short Stories. What strange guests are these? A boy with the ability to lead the dead. A girl who can hear her dog’s thoughts. A badger returning a little lost boy. A woman who turns out not to be a woman at all. From a farm in the Deep South to the Erie Lackawanna train Station in Summit, New Jersey, the tales in “Hey This is it, I’m Going to Die” are written with an ear for pitch and an eye for the mundane. Welcome to the oddly bent world of Ron Heacock where the horrifying and the sublime captivate.
