Due to this book being a reprint from the original, there may be an occasional imperfection such as blurred letters, poor pictures, errant marks, etc. that were either a part of the original artifact or were caused by the scanning process.  We feel that this work is culturally and historically of importance and are pleased to offer it for your study and enjoyment.
