In the fall on 1976 Pat and Leslee Brady made a vow to God to live together as one, never doubting that only the brightest of futures lay before them. Pat having graduated from the Naval Academy and Leslee from the University of Maryland this sharp young couple anxiously moved to Florida for Pat to join his first ship and begin the great adventure the Navy promised. The root cause of their problems was that they bought a house they couldn't afford and, after trying to live well above their means for 3 years, were buried in debt. After falling on their knees in prayer, they met a man who pointed them to the Bible for their answers. By trusting God and following sound principles, the Brady's were completely debt free within 8 years and have remained so for the past 20 years. Now 56 years old, the author, Pat Brady, tells his story of not only how they did it but why anyone can do the same thing. This book goes well beyond the mechanics of managing personal finances and leads the reader down an amazing path of spiritual growth.
