How is leading different from managing? What kind of leadership is best for engineers and technical professionals? How can anybody learn this kind of leadership? Randall P. Biograf�a del autor

Randall P. Vendetti, P.E. is Principal of Techne Synergies LLC, a consulting firm in engineering management and product development. He has worked in business and industry leading to positions as department head of engineering for a number of capital equipment manufacturers. He is a licensed professional engineer, holds a BS in mechanical engineering degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Executive Master of Technology Management (EMTM) degree from Stevens Institute of Technology.
