Lutz Hartmann is a senior instructor for Oracle University specializing in Oracle training for DBAs and developers. V. J. Jain is an Oracle Database and Applications consultant with more than 12 years of experience in database and ERP systems. Steve Karam is the world's youngest OCM and Oracle ACE and one of less than 20 DBA's worldwide to achieve the coveted Oracle 10g Certified Master status. Donald K.
