"Creating Art from Theology: Artist's Guide" is a small group study book designed for artists who want to create and impact their culture with God-glorifying artwork. The study is composed of 3 units: "God the Father," "God the Son," and "God the Spirit". Each unit contains 2 lessons. Each stand-alone lesson explores a theological concept related to a person of the Trinity and is designed to move artists - amateur to professional - through the creative process from conceptual formation to critique to public display of their artwork. Artists can move through 1 lesson in about 3 weeks to produce 1 piece of art or through the entire course in about 18 weeks to produce 6 artworks. The Artist's Guide provides artists with the scriptural foundation of theological concepts; quality instruction; study, participation, and critique tips; a response guide; and various tools to promote organization, focus, and engagement in the creative process.
