Paul Brainard Paul was born and raised in Southern California. He completed his undergraduate studies at CSU Los Angeles and went on to earn an MBA from the University of La Verne. He has worked 30 years as an industrial accountant/manager and is currently the Founder/CEO of CHITA. CHITA is a fast, simple and inexpensive program for transforming operations into high-performance, continuous improvement cultures. Fresh out of school, Paul landed his first job as the plant controller for a manufacturing company. Within no time he was a key contributor to the financial turnaround of the company. On his own, he studied the relationship between management actions and profitability, learning how to distinguish between the types of activities that increase productivity and the kinds of actions that harm productivity. Over the next 2 decades Paul honed these skills and developed an innovative program to rapidly improve business profitability by re-defining leadership and empowering workers. He designed it so anyone could follow the simple procedures and produce impressive outcomes. He calls it CHITA, because it rapidly delivers results. Today Paul's CHITA High-Performance Operations program is empowering leaders and helping organizations around the world to rapidly create continuous improvement cultures. CHITA's free online Leader Training is a convenient tool that makes it easy for business leaders to transform organizations with confidence, and have fun doing so.
