James W. Reed, M.D., F.A.C.P., F.A.C.E, is a professor of medicine and associate chair of medicine for research at the Morehouse School of Medicine. He is the cofounder of the International Society for Hypertension in Blacks. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia.
